Whilst we welcome all admissions, we are unable to to hold parental open sessions for prospective Reception and Nursery parents due to Covid19. We have made a video of our school, so we hope this will give you a good insight of what life is like at Holy Family. You can view it on our home page.

The admissions process for Holy Family Catholic School is part of the Coventry Local Authority  co-ordinated admissions scheme.  Please apply using the school admission process of the local authority in which you live.  The process for Coventry LA is as follows:

The online facility for school admissions for September 2023 will be available from 1st September 2022 until 15th January 2023.

Please click on the link below to complete your application online.  You will be informed of the outcome on 17 April 2023 by email/letter.

Important:  Please remember if your child is a Baptised Catholic we must have a copy of the Baptism Certificate prior to 15 January 2023.  If you do not have this please contact your Parish Priest.  If this evidence is not received Governors will rank your child as non-Catholic.

The ethos of this school is Catholic.  Whenever there are more applications than places available, priority will be given to Catholic children in accordance with the oversubscription criteria shown in our policy.  If you have any questions please contact the school.

Primary School In-Year Admission and Transfers

An application can be made for a place for a child at any time outside the normal admissions round.  However please note if there are no places available your child's name will be added to our waiting list.  Applications should be made by contacting Coventry local authority's School Admission Team who will liaise with the school's Governing Body regarding any applications submitted.

Appeals In-Year Admissions

Parents who wish to appeal against the decision of the Governing Body to refuse their child a place in school should make that appeal request in writing to the Chair of Governors at the school address.  Appeals will be heard by an independent panel.

Nursery Admissions - September 2023

D.O.B - 01.09.2019 - 31.08.2020

The form must be completed electronically and email back to forms@holyfamily.coventry.sch.uk along with a copy of your child's Birth Certificate. Places are allocated in accordance with our Nursery policy which can be viewed below.
